Writer Mark Smith Visit
Year 9 English students were privileged to have writer Mark Smith share his top tips for creative writing this week.
Keeping it real, the author of ‘The Road to Winter’ said he uses the KISS approach – Keep It Simple, Stupid – and gave some great practical examples on how to incorporate everyday conversations and happenings into their stories. The students were then inspired to use his techniques in their own writing.
